Forgot your password?

  1. From the MemberPay sign on screen, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your MemberPay User ID.
  3. Enter your credit union Member ID.
  4. Answer both security questions that you configured upon enrollment.
  5. Enter a new password.
  6. Confirm the new password.
  7. Type the password code just as it appears.
  8. Click Confirm.
