How do I enroll?

  1. From the login screen, click the Not Already Enrolled? text link.
  2. Read the Terms and Conditions and click the I Agree radio button.
  3. Enter a unique User ID between 4-20 characters.
  4. Enter the primary member’s 9-digit social security number – no dashes.
  5. Enter your e-mail address.
  6. Confirm your e-mail address by entering it again in the Email Address Verification field.
  7. Enter a unique answer to your selected question from the first drop-down menu (select a question and answer you can remember – this information will be required to change a forgotten password)
  8. Enter a unique answer to your selected question from the second drop-down menu (select a question and answer you can remember – this information will be required to change a forgotten password)
  9. Click Confirm.
